I found this quote today and wanted to share. "We rise no higher than
we think, no higher than we plan, no higher than our purpose, no higher
than our faith." -Richard L. Evans
Isn't it a powerful thing to think about? It goes along with another
thought from Howard W. Hunter who said "As man's thoughts turn to God
and the things that pertain to God, man undergoes a spiritual
transformation. It hits him from the commonplace and gives to him a
noble and Godlike character."
That is one reason I have loved homeschooling. We've tried to make a
home a place where the Spirit of God could dwell and where love, in
abundance, had the opportunity to be nourished and nurtured. It's not
been always easy - but much easier than the ramifications of the
alternative.
Thank you, to all of you, for doing the same. It's nice to know that
there are so many of us on similar quests and with similar values and
goals. It's a blessing to mingle and intermingle with many of you.
