Aunt Eva's Chocolate Pudding

This is my Aunt Eva's warm Chocolate Pudding Recipe.  It's so much tastier than any box mix and is quick to prepare with ingredients you probably already have on hand.  It's well worth-it to cook homemade for your family.  Things always taste better when made with love.

Aunt Eva's Chocolate Pudding
Aunt Eva's Chocolate Pudding:
4 c milk
1/c c sugar
4 T cornstarch
2 T cocoa
1/8 t salt

Mix small amount of milk (from the 4 cups) with dry ingredients and stir until smooth.  Heat remaining milk in top of double-boiler until it comes to boiling point.  Stir mixture into milk and stir until thick.  (Increase cornstarch for thicker pudding.  Increase chocolate if desired.)

Oh goody. My friend made homemade pudding for me and ever since, I can't touch the boxed stuff. I didn't get her recipe though, so thanks!
